We’ve been hard at work the past couple months putting finishing touches on our manuscript and planning out production and marketing for the novel. Editing a novel is a little like trimming your beard. You start out intending only to make a couple small adjustments here and there, but then you keep fussing with it, and if you’re not careful, you’ll end up looking like a Mennonite. As painstaking as it can be, though, it’s been a great experience pouring over the manuscript, and we’re very excited to share the final product with everyone.
In the meantime, you can find some recent stuff of ours online, including a new monologue from actor and singing legend Art Garfunkel, as well as a parody of New York Times Wedding Announcements. We also have a short story running soon in the literary magazine Crack the Spine. The story takes place in the same fictional universe as our novel and delves a bit into the backstories of the central characters. So keep an eye out for that!
